Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Fronsline Technologies (“we”, “us”) for using Hourweave. By creating an account you agree to them. If you use Hourweave for a company, you agree on its behalf.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 and give accurate details.
• Keep your password and API tokens safe; you’re responsible for what happens under your account.
• Workspace owners and admins control who can access their workspace and its data.

Your data

You own everything you put into Hourweave. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy. You can export it from Reports and delete your workspace at any time.

Plans and billing

• New workspaces get a 14-day free trial of every feature, with no card needed. Afterwards the workspace moves to the Free plan unless you choose a paid plan.
• Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically until cancelled. Team is billed per member.
• Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude any applicable taxes. Customers in India are charged in Indian rupees.
• Adding members to a Team plan or switching plans is prorated on your next invoice.
• If a payment fails, paid features stay on for a short grace period while you update your card, then the workspace moves to Free. Nothing is deleted.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice by email; the change applies from your next renewal.

Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel any time from Settings → Plan & billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for, then moves to Free. Payments aren’t refundable, except where the law requires it or we decide otherwise. If something went wrong with a charge, email hello@hourweave.com within 14 days.

Acceptable use

• Don’t break the law, infringe others’ rights, or upload malware.
• Don’t try to access other workspaces, probe or overload the service, or get around plan limits.
• Don’t resell Hourweave without our written permission.

Time records and invoices

Hourweave drafts time from your commits, AI sessions and tickets. Drafts are estimates: you review and approve your timesheets and invoices, and you’re responsible for what you bill your clients.

Third-party services

Integrations such as GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, Linear, Jira and Stripe are provided by their own companies under their own terms. We aren’t responsible for their availability or changes.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Hourweave available and secure, but provide it “as is”, without guarantees of uninterrupted service. We may improve or change features; if we stop a paid feature you rely on, we’ll tell you in advance.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using Hourweave and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, with notice where possible.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction.
